These terms govern the relationship between Never Enough Wheels (a division of Never Enough Auto Accessories) and you regarding this web platform.
Fitment Responsibility
While our cascading filters provide accurate physical dimension matching, vehicle modifications can alter clearance restrictions:
- Test Fitment: It is critical to test fit wheels on the vehicle before mounting tires. Wheels that have had tires mounted cannot be returned under any circumstance.
- Clearance: Customers are responsible for verifying brake caliper clearance, suspension positioning, and fender gaps before finalized installation.
Pricing & Data Errors
We work closely with manufacturers to display real-time pricing and stock data, but discrepancies can occur:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders resulting from typographical errors or incorrect vendor feeds.
Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize Never Enough Wheels to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Order Acceptance: Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. Never Enough Wheels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or manufacturer restrictions.
Shipping, Liability, & Store Policies
Shipping Damage
Inspect your wheel delivery immediately. Damage from transit must be reported to our desk within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Restocking Fees
Returned custom items that aren't defective are subject to a restocking fee alongside outbound/inbound transit deductions.
Warranty Coverage
Finish or structural warranties are provided directly through the wheel manufacturer. We act as your liaison to expedite claims.
Limitation of Liability
Never Enough Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased through this website.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product data, is the property of Never Enough Wheels or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
